  A second qcat case was also heard for rent reduction due to losss of services, again qcat ordered this reduction and place west to pay back in full within 7 days.......two weeks later The money had not been paid back and I received an email asking for my back details from the property manager, they must have lost them from their records, which is not a surprise due the the incompetence of the manager......three weeks later and the money still hasn't shown up in my account.

  Juliet Carr managed our rental property in Stafford Heights for a year and a half before we had to sell it. We would highly recommend her - she found us excellent tenants to rent the property within one week and went to a lot of trouble to check all the applicants' references really well - I think this makes a big difference. Super competent and easy to deal with - very nice to the tenants and kept them happy throughout the whole tenancy - we never had to change tenants which was great and saved us money. Most of the time we forgot we had the property because Juliet managed it so well.

  To cut a long story short, place west paddington have the most shambolic rental management I have ever seen, withheld my bond money and wouldn't mediate so I too the matter to qcat.

  Very pleased with Placewest during our 4 year tenancy with them. They were always very responsive, professional and easy to deal with. Our most recent property manager at Placewest was Juliet Carr. She was always quick to respond and kept us up to date with any tenancy matters. Communication was easy and getting our full bond refund at the end of our tenancy was straightforward and hassle free.
