  Great staff and range of touring / bikepacking bikes and gear. Not the cheapest bike shop in the world but worth the money for the service. Workshop is excellent and the mechanics skilled and resourceful.

  This is the shop that helped me put together my bespoke Brompton bike a year ago. Service is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at the shop simply seems to care about doing a good job.

  I have been dealing with Epic for many years. Bought my Bike Friday there, bought my Brompton there, and they service both those and my now older Sirrus. Good mechanics, and good front counter staff who are very understanding of my lack of knowledge, and are happy to (patiently) point me in the right direction. Always a good range of accessories and parts, and the most seductive range of new bikes. Top operators.

  We've bought several frames and numerous parts and components over the years from Epic. We've found all the staff that we've ever dealt with to be very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. John recently found us a new headset for a vintage steel bike that no other shop was interested in. Very grateful for that service and also for the Velo Orange orders from time to time too. Have recommended Epic Cycles to all our cycling buddies and will continue to do so.
